Online consumer purchases
You normally have 14 days from agreeing the online contract to tell us that you wish to cancel. Email info@dangerousgoods.ie. If immediate access was requested and training has started, a proportionate amount may be payable for what was supplied before cancellation. The cancellation right may cease after full supply only where the legal requirements for express request and acknowledgement are satisfied.
Faulty or unavailable digital training
If the course does not work as described, contact us with the learner email, order reference and a description of the problem. We will investigate and provide the remedy required by Irish consumer law, which may include correction, restored or extended access, a price reduction or refund depending on the circumstances.
Refund timing
Where a refund is due, it will normally be made within 14 days of valid cancellation using the original payment method unless another method is agreed. Stripe processing times may affect when the funds appear in your account.

Business and scheduled-course bookings
Separate commercial cancellation terms may apply to corporate, on-site or instructor-led bookings and will be shown in the quotation or booking confirmation. These terms never override mandatory statutory rights.
